Cancelation & Refund Policy
Monthly Billing
Monclair Marketing LLC provides email marketing services on a month-to-month basis. Services are billed in advance at the monthly rate specified in the Client Agreement.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 14 calendar days before their next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@monclairmarketing.com
Monclair will acknowledge the request and confirm the final billing and service dates in writing.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 14 days before the next billing date, the following monthly service period may still be billed, as described in the signed Client Agreement and subject to applicable law..
Refunds
Payments for services already completed are nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds for prepaid services not yet performed will be assessed based on the work completed, expenses incurred, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Any approved refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method.
Service Termination
Upon termination, Monclair will discontinue services on the confirmed termination date and provide completed, paid-for deliverables.
Clients retain ownership of their Klaviyo accounts, customer databases, and other business accounts.
